Who each one suits
Keepsafe
Keepsafe is the more established choice today. It has cloud backup, limited-time sharing and a large user base, and it works on iPhone and iPad now. If you want a vault with backup and sync across devices this week, it is a reasonable pick.
Sigil
Sigil suits people who want a vault with no account, no ad or analytics SDKs and a vault count that stays hidden on disk. It has not launched yet, so backup and sharing are on the roadmap rather than available.
